Privacy and operator

Your information, plainly.

This notice covers the Devination website, email signup and messages you send us. Last updated 24 October 2026.

Who is responsible?

Devination is a Circul8tion Systems venture. The legal operator and data controller is Circul8tion Ltd, company number 16058125, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 169a Pen Park Road, Bristol, England, BS10 6BU. Contact: hello@devination.net.

What we collect and why

  • Email signup: your email address, subscription and confirmation status, and related delivery records so we can send the guides and founding-pilot updates you requested. We rely on your consent for these emails. Signup is optional and does not create member access.
  • Messages: the information you choose to send us so we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not send passwords or private client data. We use this information under our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and providing support.
  • Basic site delivery: the hosting provider may process technical request data needed to serve and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure site. The launch site does not include advertising trackers or an analytics script.

Who handles the information?

Kit processes newsletter signup, confirmation and email delivery for us. Google Workspace handles messages to our contact address. Cloudflare provides public website hosting and DNS. We do not use this signup to sell subscriber details. Kit’s subscriber data processing addendum explains its processing and transfer arrangements.

Where it may be processed

Kit and its service providers may process subscriber information in the United States and other countries. Kit states that it uses the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and other applicable transfer safeguards. Ask us at hello@devination.net if you want details about transfers relevant to your information.

How long we keep it

Kit holds subscription, confirmation and email activity records in our account. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails; some records may remain so we can honour your choice and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request erasure. We keep enquiries only while needed to respond, handle related follow-up or meet a legal requirement.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe using the link in a Devination email or ask us at hello@devination.net. You may also ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where the law applies. You can withdraw email consent at any time. You have the right to object to direct marketing; if you do, we will stop it. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Other websites

The signup confirmation opens on Kit’s website. Links to X, Instagram and other sites take you to their own services and privacy notices. We do not control those sites.
